Subject: Bloomfield Compressor Station - Located on the San Juan Lateral.

Reason: Unit 3 - Turbine Control System upgrade.

Gas Day January 12th thru February 6th , 2026 (26 days)

Harvest Valverde capacity will be reduced from 230,000 MMBtu/d to zero.

Gas Day February 7th, 2026

Harvest Valverde capacity willincrease back up to the original capacity of 230,000 MMBtu/d.
