This System Protection Warning (SPW) is being issued pursuant to Section 9, GT&C, of EMRT’s Tariff to notify all shippers of a planned maintenance in the St Louis, Missouri area.

The planned maintenance will begin Thursday, November 12th, 2026, with an anticipated completion date of Friday, November 20th, 2026, at 09:00.

During this time, non-ratable services, including but not limited to batching daily scheduled quantities under MRT’s minimum flow requirements, may be limited. In addition, all nominations sourced from the following receipts must be delivered to one of the following deliveries north of the East Line. During this time, shippers are encouraged to nominate receipts directly on a transportation contract rather than into a pool. Nominations into pools may not be accommodated due to the operational constraints associated with this event.

Should any of the details of this posting change, MRT will notify its shippers and update this notice accordingly. MRT will schedule nominations, if needed, on each impacted day in accordance with its tariff. This alert will remain in effect until the completion of the maintenance.
